Responsibilities
  1. Support in all tax planning initiatives, including direct & indirect tax.
  2. Interact with India Tax Team & advisors, seek clarifications on company matters pertaining to taxation, and stay updated on latest tax laws.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax audits and tax returns.
  4. Maintain proper accounting and reconciliation of all tax accounts monthly.
  5. File all direct & indirect tax returns on time.
  6. Review customer/vendor contracts from a tax perspective.
  7. Review and improve processes and systems for efficient operations in the accounts department.
  8. Monitor and lead initiatives like quality improvement and automation.
  9. Participate in cross-functional teams as applicable.
  10. Assist in statutory, group, and internal audits.
  11. Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
  12. Ensure proper month-end and year-end activities from an accounting governance perspective.
Minimum Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-7 years of relevant experience.
