About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Finance is a key member of the Finance & Operations leadership team. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for the school’s financial operations, planning, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with academic and business leaders to ensure effective stewardship of resources and support the school’s long-term goals.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational finance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present clearly to non-financial audiences.
  • Passion for education and alignment with the Stamford Values - Integrity, Courage, Ingenuity and Compassion

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and local regulations
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar ERP/BI tools)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on with strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
