We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Finance team. This role focuses on process improvement, system implementation, financial stewardship, and performance monitoring to achieve desired financial outcomes.
You will provide optimal support to maintain accurate and timely accounting records as well as ensure effective internal control measures and compliance to policies and relevant legislation and accounting standards. The role includes the monitoring of budget, claims optimisation and management reporting. You will support the planning, execution and implementation of cluster financial systems whilst ensuring seamless integration with ancillary and payroll systems.
In addition, you will also participate in workgroups and contribute ideas for new initiatives, system optimisation and cluster harmonisation. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance finance policies and develop work instructions for efficiency and effectiveness.
