Senior Manager, Facilities Management

You will assist the Director of Operations in leading the maintenance and repair efforts for the NHCS building’s infrastructure and mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including fire safety measures. This involves managing the maintenance standards, procedures, and emergency operation plans. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe environment for our staff, patients, and visitors. You are expected to oversee contracted vendors and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan, budget and schedule projects effectively.

Requirements

  1. Recognised degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years’ relevant facilities maintenance experience in healthcare.
  2. At least 4 years’ experience in a Managerial position
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  4. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills
