Job Description
Key Responsibilities

We seek an experienced and passionate individual in Ethics & Compliance (E&C) who is a team player, self-starter, and possesses strong commercial sense to join our E&C corporate team. The role involves transforming and enhancing our global E&C programs in a fast-paced environment across different business lines.

  • Support the VP, E&C in creating, refining, and implementing E&C policies, processes, and responsibilities across the SATS Group globally.
  • Manage and champion the Group's E&C policies, including code of ethics & conduct, anti-bribery & anti-corruption policies, trade compliance/sanctions, interested person transactions (IPT), and other regulatory or compliance matters.
  • Participate in reviews and internal audits of the Anti-Bribery Management System, collaborating with Business Units for external audits, including ISO 37001 certifications.
  • Oversee compliance obligations under the SGX Listing Rules, including managing related portals, databases, and processes.
  • Develop and deliver E&C training materials for stakeholders at various levels, working with regional teams.
  • Conduct third-party due diligence for anti-bribery, sanctions, and related areas.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Law, Accountancy, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in regulatory or compliance roles, especially in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions, IPTs, or Conflict of Interests.
  • Experience with compliance audits such as ISO 37001 or Sapin II audits is advantageous.
  • A proactive self-starter with ownership and confidence to advise senior management.
  • Resilient, determined, positive learner, and adaptable to change.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
