Responsibilities
- Ownership and Leadership:
Take full ownership of the M&E business and provide leadership to the team supporting the healthcare segment, ensuring alignment with the service delivery strategy. - Maintenance Strategy Development:
Lead the ongoing development of the maintenance strategy, following the "Business Focused Maintenance" approach. - Service Delivery Innovation:
Oversee the continuous improvement of ISS technical service delivery solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. - Client Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with key clients and potential customers. Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities. - Team Leadership and Motivation:
Provide direction and motivation to managers and staff within your area of responsibility to ensure achievement of targets and effective cash flow management. - Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance:
Ensure the creation and maintenance of a healthy, safe, and secure working environment, complying with all relevant Health & Safety legislation. - Cross-Business Projects:
Lead or participate in cross-business projects and assignments as required to support organizational goals. - Service Change Evaluation:
Assess proposed changes to services, evaluating their financial, personnel, and operational impact while maintaining the highest quality of service delivery. - Technical Due Diligence:
Participate in technical due diligence for both existing and new projects, ensuring compliance with standards and identifying areas for improvement. - Development of Best Practices:
Develop and implement M&E Codes of Practice, ensuring alignment of processes across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experiences in Building Facility Management
- Strong market knowledge with expertise in implementing technologies to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent customer service and commercial skills.
- Passionate about creativity and enjoys developing news ways to present ideas.
