Job summary

Mediacorp Pte Ltd is seeking a Snr Manager, Enablement to drive the adoption and effective use of AI and technology across the organisation. You will design programmes that raise AI awareness, translate strategy into practical change, and foster sustained adoption of AI tools.

In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver learning initiatives, governance, and measurement of progress, ensuring powerful business outcomes through people and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, organisational transformation, employee engagement, learning & development, digital adoption or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver organisation-wide change or capability-building programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change and adoption plans for organisation-wide technology and AI initiatives, including new AI tools, platforms and ways of working.
• Assess change impacts across different employee groups and develop targeted interventions to address adoption barriers.
• Build and activate a network of AI champions and advocates across the organisation to encourage peer learning and adoption.
• Develop communications, engagement activities and change materials that make AI initiatives relevant and accessible to employees.
• Gather employee feedback and adoption insights to continuously improve AI programmes and user experience.
• Define and track adoption metrics for AI initiatives and provide regular adoption reporting and insights.

Job Description

The Snr Manager, Enablement is responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of technology, data, and AI across the organisation. The role focuses on helping employees understand, embrace and confidently use AI in their day-to-day work, translating the organisation's AI and tech strategy into practical change, adoption, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role will design and execute programmes that build AI awareness and capability, support changes to ways of working, and increase sustained adoption of AI tools and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Adoption & Change Management

• Develop and execute change and adoption plans for organisation-wide technology and AI initiatives, including new AI tools, platforms and ways of working.
• Assess change impacts across different employee groups and develop targeted interventions to address adoption barriers.
• Build and activate a network of AI champions and advocates across the organisation to encourage peer learning and adoption.
• Develop communications, engagement activities and change materials that make AI initiatives relevant and accessible to employees.
• Gather employee feedback and adoption insights to continuously improve AI programmes and user experience.

AI Capability Building

• Work with partners to develop and coordinate AI proficiency programmes for employees with different roles and levels of proficiency.
• Organise learning and engagement activities such as workshops, masterclasses, showcases, demonstrations, hackathons and community events.
• Support the development and implementation of the organisation's AI literacy and fluency framework.
• Identify opportunities to bring in technology partners, industry practitioners and subject matter experts to expose employees to emerging AI capabilities and practices.

Adoption Measurement & Insights

• Define and track adoption metrics for AI initiatives, including awareness, participation, active usage, proficiency and employee sentiment.
• Analyse usage data and qualitative feedback to understand where adoption is succeeding or encountering barriers.
• Develop regular adoption reporting and insights for management and AI programme stakeholders.
• Use insights to refine change, learning and engagement programmes and improve adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, organisational transformation, employee engagement, learning & development, digital adoption or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering organisation-wide change or capability-building programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, technology and corporate functions.
• Experience organising workshops, learning programmes, events or employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex topics understandable and relevant to different audiences.
• Comfortable working with technology partners and subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data and feedback to assess programme effectiveness.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging AI tools is preferred; deep technical expertise is not required.
