We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to lead and deliver service excellence in the areas of End User Computing, Digital Workplace Technology and Services, Cybersecurity for Business-to-employee Systems and Services, Corporate Infrastructure and Corporate Network within the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees have a delightful digital experience, making our workplace a hub of productivity and innovation.

Your role:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of service excellence in End User Computing, Digital Workplace Technology and Services, Cybersecurity for Business-to-employee Systems and Services, Corporate Infrastructure and Corporate Network.

  • Drive innovation and experience transformation, streamline workflows and processes to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.

  • Continuously scan the tech landscape and market for new software and tools to improve and secure employee work experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate new technologies and solutions.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in managing End User Computing, Digital Workplace Technology and Services, Cybersecurity, and Corporate Infrastructure.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
