The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) invites applications for a role in its Finance, Procurement & Risk Assurance division. You will deliver timely analysis, review and data insights to the Board, focusing on management information, financial incentives and budgetary control.

Candidate should be familiar with incentive guidelines administered by EDB and will engage with senior executives and engineers to assess incentives and ensure governance and risk management across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration; or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in audit, and knowhow preferably in governance and enterprise risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills, results oriented and able to work independently and effectively under pressure or on multiple priorities and projects
• Strong attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge and practices in Data Analytics and Tableau will be an advantage.

• Identifying gaps and shaping policy framework from issues identified.
• Preparing periodic report to senior management.
• Promoting organisational awareness on incentive governance and risk management.

EDB’s Finance, Procurement & Risk Assurance division is an imperative business partner to our officers in the accounts and policy groups. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various teams within and outside EDB. The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing timely analysis, review and data insights to the Board; in areas of management information, financial incentives and budgetary control.
