About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is critical to key digital functions, taking ownership of our paid media strategy, SEM/SEO execution, and digital platform development.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms, supporting SEO/SEM initiatives in new markets, and managing the development of the JustCo mobile app, to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our members.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Digital Media Strategy, Planning & Buying

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Manage media budgets, optimize campaigns for performance (ROI, CPL, CTR, etc.), and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports.

2. SEM & SEO Implementation

  • Support marketing leads in launching new markets through localized SEO and SEM strategies.

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage paid search campaigns.

  • Ensure best practices in technical SEO and content optimization are followed across digital assets.

3. Project Management: App Development

  • Project manager for the ongoing development of JustCo’s mobile app.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful feature launches.

  • Coordinate testing, feedback loops, and user adoption strategies.

Pre-requisites for this role include:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEM, SEO, and analytics.

  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing performance-based campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok within the APJ region

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of ad-booking and digital ad operations (campaign set-up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing, reporting, and reconciliation of final costs for finance admin)

  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and SEM campaign management.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, WordPress CMS and Mailchimp.

  • Experience working with app development teams or managing digital product rollouts is a strong advantage.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments, regions and stakeholder groups.

  • Strong critical thinking skills partnered with drive, energy and positivity. Must be able to thrive under minimal supervision, great pressure and full accountability.

  • Reading and conversational proficiency in Chinese, Japanese or Vietnamese will be an advantage.
