KateWorthington is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy (Japanese Speaking) in Singapore. This client-facing role is hybrid (office 3 days, 2 days remote) and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.

It focuses on advancing corporate growth ahead of a potential public listing and involves engaging with buy-side and sell-side communities. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in investor relations or related roles, strong Japanese and English skills, and a proven ability to craft

Qualifications

• 7+ years in investor relations, equity research, equity sales, fundraising, or other client-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to engage external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial services or investment banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive understanding of mid- to long-term corporate strategy.
• Plan and execute high-impact interactions with buy-side and sell-side communities.
• Conduct primary research on market benchmarks and industry trends.
• Craft marketing and investor materials for internal and external audiences.
• Drive strategic initiatives including preparations for public listing and potential M&A/divestments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendor relationships.
