Job summary

IQ-EQ Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager / Client Service Associate Director to lead the corporate secretarial team, manage key client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, oversee board and shareholder governance, mentor junior staff, and foster a high-performance culture within a dynamic Investor Services environment.

Qualifications

• ICSA/CGI qualification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, Corporate Administration, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of corporate secretarial experience across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate secretarial team for Singapore clients.
• Manage key client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA.
• Review complex actions (incorporations, restructurings, director changes).
• Mentor junior staff and leverage BizFile, e-Stamping, CAS, and MS Office.
