Job description

We are partnering with a leading regional office of a global insurance group to support their search for a Senior Manager within the Corporate Planning Department. This role plays a critical part in driving corporate governance, strategic business planning, M&A support, and operational excellence across multiple markets in Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen corporate governance across the region, including performance monitoring, business reporting, and regional governance processes.
  • Coordinate the development of regional business plans in alignment with group strategies and evolving market conditions.
  • Support M&A initiatives such as market research, target evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Drive operational improvement projects, including BPO transition planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Create and present strategic reports and executive presentations to senior leadership.
  • Regional travel may be required based on project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, M&A advisory, or operations consulting. Insurance background preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Strong foundation in corporate finance, business planning, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) or BPO transition is highly preferred.
  • Cross-border exposure and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives are advantageous.
