Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager (Corporate Office) to support overall corporate operations and HR coordination. This role reports to both the Directors and the Financial Controller, and will play a key part in managing office functions, procurement, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities

Corporate Operations:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Directors.
  • Supervise procurement officer and oversee purchasing activities, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
  • Manage general office administration including facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Handle corporate documentation such as insurance renewals, licenses, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g. corporate secretarial, legal, insurers).

Human Resource Support:

  • Assist Financial Controller in executing HR processes and policies.
  • Draft employment contracts, maintain employee records, and support compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate payroll-related documentation and leave tracking.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 10years of relevant experience in corporate administration, HR, or office management.
  • Prior experience in procurement or supervising administrative staff is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll or procurement tools.
