A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks an experienced communications leader to develop strategic communications, oversee stakeholder engagement, and enhance branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications with at least 15 years of relevant experience and a passion for promoting healthcare initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced communications leader to drive strategy, engagement, and visibility for a healthcare institution.
This is a multi-faceted leadership role involving strategic planning, branding, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and fundraising support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Communications & Leadership
Develop and implement an organisation-wide communications strategy aligned with long-term goals.
Champion data-driven communications practices that measure impact and support continuous improvement.
Support organisational transformation through change communications, helping to align messaging with strategic goals.
Build and mentor a high-performing communications team and nurture a culture of collaboration, innovation, and learning.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Events
Oversee planning and execution of events across healthcare and community settings.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful engagement activities.
Manage high-level visits and events for government leaders, donors, academics, and VIPs.
Track and evaluate engagement success to improve reach and impact.
3. Branding, Marketing & Media
Develop and drive a comprehensive brand, marketing, and communications plan to elevate the institution’s visibility and reputation.
Lead multi-channel campaigns and digital initiatives including web, social media, and marketing automation.
Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences.
Translate complex clinical and research content into compelling stories for public and professional audiences.
Use data and analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.
4. Internal Communications & Culture
Partner with leadership to shape internal messaging that fosters alignment, engagement, and recognition.
Lead internal campaigns that promote transformation, staff contributions, and shared purpose.
Create avenues for staff feedback and storytelling to strengthen organisational culture.
5. Fundraising Communications
Support fundraising efforts by developing strategies and materials that engage donors.
Communicate institutional impact and value through presentations, reports, and proposals.
Ensure all donor-related communication complies with regulatory and reporting standards.
Provide leadership with regular performance updates on fundraising communications.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Communications / Public Relations or equivalent
Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience
