The successful candidate will implement employer branding strategies, manage crises, and build media relationships while aligning communications with the company's business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proven experience in corporate communications, employer branding, crisis management, and media relations within dynamic and fast-paced environments like fintech.
Employer Branding
Develop and implement a robust employer branding strategy that aligns with KPay Group’s vision, mission, and business objectives to attract and retain top talent globally.
Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to integrate core company values into employer branding materials.
Crisis Management
Maintain, and execute a comprehensive crisis communications plan, including detailed response procedures for potential and unforeseen crises relevant to the fintech industry.
Coordinate with designated spokespeople to manage media inquiries and public statements during crisis situations.
Monitor media and public sentiment to inform timely and effective communication strategies that protect KPay Group’s reputation.
Communicate transparently and empathetically with stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and the public, during crises to maintain trust and credibility.
Thought Leadership Building
Create, curate, and deploy thought leadership content that positions KPay Group as an innovator and trusted expert in the fintech sector.
Conduct environmental scans and industry research to identify emerging trends and insights that inform thought leadership initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop compelling narratives and communication materials for public engagements, speeches, white papers, presentations and media appearances.
Utilize diverse communication channels, including traditional media, social media, and digital platforms, to amplify thought leadership messages.
Media Liaison
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers relevant to fintech and corporate communications.
Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, briefing notes, and other communication materials to support media engagement and storytelling.
Coordinate media interviews, events, and press conferences to maximize positive media coverage and brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all external communications.
Corporate Development
Lead the corporate communications arena, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
Manage communication budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure efficient delivery of communication initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, legal & Compliance, and executive leadership to align communication strategies with overall business goals
