Job Summary:
Disney’s Corporate Alliances team develops and manages complex, long-term strategic marketing relationships with top global brands. The Corporate Alliances team is dedicated to creating incremental value through creative storytelling between The Walt Disney Company and its partners. Our team’s mission is to be the world’s premier marketing partnership organization.
The Business Development team is responsible for building new Corporate Alliance partnerships – everything from early market research, through ongoing engagement with prospective alliance partners, to internal ideation and stakeholder alignment, and ultimately contract negotiation and signature. As part of this team, you will be the visionary that brings all segments of The Walt Disney Company together to meet our client’s objectives. This is anticipated to be a two-year assignment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
- 5 years minimum of contract, negotiation, partnership, and/or business development/product or brand management experience.
- Experienced with financial reports, models, and analysis.
- Master at project management and multi-tasking in a complex organization.
- Ability to create a strategic plan along with the proficiency to execute against it and deliver desired outcomes.
- Manage ambiguity by being flexible and self-driven, capable of defining what needs to be done and executing against the plan.
- Strong ability to develop complex PowerPoint/Keynote presentations.
- Experience in negotiating complex, multi-faceted contracts.
- Advanced facilitation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial strategy and/or management consulting experience.
- Marketing experience.
- Experienced negotiation of multi-country contracts.
- Interest in international travel.
- Multi-lingual.
- Familiarity with The Walt Disney Company products and services.
Required Education:
- 4-year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Brand/Product Management, Advertising or Engineering or equivalent experience.
