A leading Professional Services company is seeking a Senior Manager for Compensation & Benefits. This full-time, permanent role involves designing rewards strategies, managing compensation structures, and leading a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a data-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
The Frazer Jones team is partnering with a leading Professional Services company in search of their Compensation & Benefits, Senior Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to deep-dive into rewards strategies and to lead plus mentor a high-performing team of Compensation & Benefits specialists. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with business leaders, you will design and execute Total Rewards strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, and in alignment with company objectives. This includes creating fair and competitive compensation structures, managing incentive programs, and supporting retention efforts. You will leverage on both proven methods and adopt fresh thinking/approaches in performance management to enhance employee engagement. As for benefits, you will lead the evaluation and design of benefits programs to ensure they remain effective, relevant, and compliant with regulations. Additionally, you will create initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through thoughtful, strategic benefits planning. With the rising importance of data analytics, it is imperative that you are able to leverage on data to guide strategic decisions. Last but certainly not the least, this role will be responsible for overseeing the annual salary review process.
Ideal Profile
The client is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional (minimally 10 years of experience) with a proven track record in managing compensation and benefits programs. Experience within the Professional Services field is an advantage. You are data-driven, analytical and ideally, an expert at Excel. Coupled with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding compensation and benefits, you have a proven track record in ensuring compliance while driving strategic outcomes. With excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills, you would be a team player that makes a fantastic addition to the team.
