A Senior Manager, Commercial Finance opportunity with a leading Chemicals MNC, this position will oversee the APAC portfolio for FP&A. Offering leadership opportunities across multiple markets, you will business partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

Description

• Lead the consolidation of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across APAC
• Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to the GM, Commercial and Finance leaders at HQ
• Partner closely with the Commercial Heads to influence business strategies, market entry, pricing, and profitability initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of 5 FP&A Managers across multiple APAC locations
• Support the FP&A Director in strategic projects, regional initiatives, and ad-hoc analysis

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, with at least 10 years of working experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the industrial or manufacturing (B2B) sector
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools
• Prior leadership experience of managing regional finance teams across APAC
• Ability to be both hands on and strategic in driving business initiatives
• Comfortable working in a matrix and fast paced environment
