- The position is designed to support the organizations Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategy, partnering institutions CHROS and B&W representatives, TWSH and CWO to deliver workplans and key initiatives collectively.
- The incumbent is a governor and executor of HR Benefits Policy and an advisor of the organisations B&W programs.
- As a team lead, the incumbent will provide supervision and coaching to the junior B&W team members and lead and manage HR projects in collaboration with other HR functions where required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategies to organize and execute quality programs and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
- Establish the award criteria and facilitate the reviews for the various award panels. Point of contact for awards programmes organized by MOH and Cluster;
- Manage clusters benefits (including Long Service Awards);
- Partner TWSH and CWO to promote employee safety and well-being;
- Participate and support committees in organizing clusters key events such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses Day and AHPs Day, etc.;
- Represent cluster in cross-cluster/MOH workgroups on benefits and wellness matters as well as policy administration. Coordinate cluster submission and communicate the relevant information to the institutions as needed for implementation;
- Represent cluster to partner with other clusters and union in CA negotiation, discussions and benefit related renewal matters;
- Provide advice and solutions to address issues relating to B&W faced by HR;
- Ensure consistent HR processes and policies that support the business and complies with local regulations and Group requirements;
- Provide supervision to junior team members on operational matters and issues, coaching them to become independent and credible COE partners;
- Manage and lead other projects where assigned.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in human resource or business related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
- Proven people management experience with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment and work under tight timelines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc.
- Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
