We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Business Office. This role manages a wide range of responsibilities, including staff supervision, financial reporting, audits, and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, solid financial expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash & Billing Operations : Oversee daily cash collections, deposits, patient billings, and refunds with proper controls and accuracy.

  • Accounts Receivable & Financial Assistance : Manage outstanding bills, liaise with internal teams, and support financial aid processes for eligible patients.

  • Donations : Maintain donor & donation records and submission to IRAS.

  • Reporting : Ensure timely submission of financial and statutory reports.

  • Audit Coorination : Lead preparations and responses for internal, external, and statutory audits.

  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to PDPA and organizational policies.

  • Records & Projects : Maintain statutory records and support ad-hoc initiatives and new projects.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
