Job summary

ethos beathchapman is recruiting for a Manager/Senior Manager, Business Analyst to join the Private Banking Deposits team. The role focuses on leading front-office analytics for a high-growth deposits book, shaping reporting and pricing analytics with daily exposure to the front office.

The successful candidate will own balance sheet analytics (profitability, ROA, FTP, RM cross-sell), maintain pricing grids and campaign publications, and build dashboards and KPIs while supporting deposit

Qualifications

• At least 6–8 years experience in treasury, balance sheet management or analytics.
• Excel with macros capability; Qlik experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-office analytics for the private banking deposits team.
• Shape reporting and pricing analytics for the deposits book.
• Own balance sheet analytics including profitability, ROA, FTP and RM cross-sell.
• Maintain pricing grids and campaign publications.
• Build dashboards and KPIs; support deposit campaign/rate operations.
• Track competitive market intelligence.
