Job summary

Amgen Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager Process Development (MSAT) to lead biologics technology transfer, validation, and advanced investigations. You will guide a team, collaborate across functions, and drive site goals while ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives.

The role requires a doctorate with 2+ years biologics PD or a master/bachelor with extensive process development experience, plus 2+ years of management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with extensive biologics process development or commercial-scale experience.
• 8+ years in regulated environments (cGMP) with 2+ years of management.
• Strong cell culture and/ or purification process expertise.
• Experience with technology transfer, process validation, troubleshooting and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead biologics technology transfer and scale-up initiatives.
• Oversee process validation activities and new technology evaluation/implementation.
• Direct site activities for process optimization and investigations.
• Manage projects and programs across functions, ensuring quality and schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drug substance network to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure safety, regulatory filings support, audits, and inspection readiness.
