A leading company in healthcare solutions is seeking a driven professional in Business Development/Account Management. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving sales, and supporting operational effectiveness. Candidates with 5 years in corporate sales in the healthcare sector, strong communication, and problem-solving skills will thrive in this dynamic environment.
You will be part of the Business Development/ Account Management team, managing a portfolio of Clients and providing support in BD including but not limited to the following responsibilities.
Business Development
Develop sales opportunities through existing client and partners (insurer, brokers and consultants etc).
Build new channels for new business.
Follow-up on sales meetings, preparation of quotes and documentations.
Ensuring smooth and effective sales operations and implementations (Due diligence, audits etc).
Create detailed business analysis.
Drive strategic plans and responsible for actionable projects.
Account Management
Support and manage a portfolio of Clients (Corporates, brokers and Insurers).
Receive and respond to Client enquiries through calls and emails and trouble shoot with various functions.
Handle escalations and complaints.
Preparation of Client reports.
Drafting of documentations including but not limited to Contracts, client handbook etc, where required.
Maintain Client relationships and upsell of services when available.
New client/ insurer implementation and onboarding process.
Assist with Client audits and due diligence.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks where required.
You understand the importance to exercise care when handling personal data and have an eye for detail. You are highly motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with handling mass data on excel, working with sensitive information will be advantageous.
Requirements
5 Years of relevant experience in corporate account management/sales within the healthcare/financial insurance services industry will be advantageous.
Possess good listening, communication and presentation skills.
Enjoy interaction and display ability to exercise clarity in problem solving and decision making.
Dynamic, motivated and a good team player.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and lead a team.
