Job description:

Responsibilities:

Duty No 1 (Marketing & Business Development)

  • Develop business strategies to support growth in Shiprepair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC)
  • Prepare business proposals and present to clients
  • Identify new market opportunities in SR & SC
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, liaising with CSR, EDC, and Ops to submit and bid for new SC projects
  • Attend internal meetings and discussions, preparing minutes or reports as needed
  • Attend customer meetings, address feedback on contractual matters, and prepare reports and coordination works as necessary
  • Propose new outreach methods to acquire new clients or future projects with current clients
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Manage pre- and post-sales hospitality

Duty No.2 (Commercial)

  • Perform estimation and billing for assigned projects
  • Manage project costs for SR & SC projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
  • Ability to understand basic engineering terms
  • Optional: experience in project planning
  • Effective communication skills with internal staff and clients
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing work
