Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced performance marketing leader to drive strategy, execution, and innovation across a high-impact regional account. This role requires a balance of hands-on performance expertise, cross-channel media knowledge, and strong client leadership.

The ideal candidate has managed performance marketing accounts independently, thrives on data, and brings a solid grasp of APAC markets. If you're someone who can zoom into the granular metrics and zoom out to guide broader media strategy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Leadership: Own the end-to-end performance delivery of a major regional account, driving both strategy and execution.
  • Media Strategy: Lead full-funnel media planning across Social, Display, and Search with clear KPI alignment (awareness to conversion).
  • Channel Expertise: Deeply involved in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analytics for Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Data & Analytics: Champion a data-first approach; analyze trends, uncover insights, and turn numbers into actions that drive ROI.
  • Team & Client Management: Mentor junior team members and act as the strategic point of contact for performance with the clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Tech, and Partner teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Market Expertise: Deliver nuanced regional strategy with specific experience in Korea, ANZ, and India.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven ability to manage accounts independently, from media planning to reporting.
  • Strong channel-level expertise across Paid Social (Meta, Snap, TikTok), Display (Programmatic), and Paid Search.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; fluent in using platform dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • Regional campaign experience across APAC, particularly KR, ANZ, and IN.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
