Job description

Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is the apex business chamber with over 32,000 members across diverse industries. With a vision to advance Singapore towards a globally competitive and sustainable economy, SBF mobilizes the business community to be future-ready and magnify transformation opportunities through policy advocacy, partnership platforms, and capability programs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support and work with the Director and team to build systems, processes, and capabilities within SBF to manage partners under a One SBF partnership account management approach.

  2. Support and collaborate with the Director and team to cultivate, maintain, develop, and expand the network of existing and potential partners through various partnership and collaboration models for key projects and initiatives under SBF. This includes:

    • Enhancing bilateral and multilateral trade and economic cooperation via regional initiatives and national business platforms with local and foreign partners.

    • Building, managing, and strengthening relationships with local and foreign partners, especially a group of dedicated business leaders supporting SBF's vision.

    • Identifying, recruiting, and developing new partners; serving as a primary business contact for external partners.

    • Collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and launch of new partnership initiatives.

  3. Assist the CEO/Chief Strategic Partnership Officer in engaging key government and business leaders, including:

    • Preparing briefs and meeting materials pre-engagement.

    • Providing administrative and staffing support during engagement.

    • Preparing notes of meetings post-engagement.

  4. Support the development and execution of sponsorship campaigns for key projects and initiatives under SBF.

  5. Handle any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team mindset.
