About the Role
As the Senior Manager / Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will report to the HR Director and serve as a generalist HR professional, driving the digital and process transformation for the HR team and managing the full spectrum of HR activities. You will support the organization in driving change for in the review, development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, processes and systems. You will also partner closely with business units to address their manpower needs and manage the operations of HR activities across all HR levers.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Optimization & Systems: Identify opportunities for the optimization and digitization of the HR processes. Assess technologies and HR information systems to support the HR operations and project manage the implementation process of such technologies and systems.
HR Analytics: Manage HR data on staffing, retention, attrition, and other relevant HR metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Performance Management: Review and enhance the performance management framework for the organization. Advise and guide management and employees on performance-related issues, including talent decisions, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Learning and Development: Develop the learning and development strategy and identify training needs and develop appropriate development opportunities for employees.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and recruit top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage and execute compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
HR Projects: Undertake projects related to HR and organizational transformation, driving positive change while adhering to the company’s culture and values.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in HR digital and process transformation is highly advantageous.
Prior experience in the fund investment and/or public sector is advantageous.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
