KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Eastspring Investments is seeking a mid-level HR professional to join the team as an HR – Projects & Consultant Partner. This role is pivotal in supporting the modernisation, streamlining, and automation of HR processes, systems and technologies across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with Prudential Group HR functions to align on group-wide initiatives, while ensuring effective implementation within Eastspring. You will also review existing Eastspring systems and processes, and recommend, design and implement improvements and enhancements.

In addition to working with Group, you will partner with the Eastspring HR Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partners to drive the successful execution of HR programs that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Project Delivery & Group Collaboration

  • Serve as a key liaison between Eastspring HR and Prudential Group HR on transformation and technology initiatives
  • Support the localization and implementation of Group-led HR systems, process improvements, and digital tools
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and standardise HR processes and systems across the employee lifecycle
  • Work with internal stakeholders to map current processes and design future-state workflows
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, recruitment tools etc.

Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to embed new tools and practices within the business, ensuring adoption and sustainability
  • Prepare and deliver communications, training, and support materials related to new systems and processes
  • Act as a change advocate, supporting users through transition periods and resolving issues proactively

Data & Insights

  • Support the development of dashboards and reports to track project progress, system adoption and HR process performance
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance across all HR platforms

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8 - 12 years’ relevant experience in HR project management, transformation with at least 5 years in HR operations
  • Strong project coordination or project management experience within a matrixed or regional organisation
  • Tech savvy and familiarity with HR systems e.g. Workday and experience with process automation or improvement initiatives, including familiarity with PowerBI
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions and regions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Loves working in a team environment and is a great team player
