A leading HR service provider is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Benefits and Wellness initiatives. The role involves managing cluster benefits, engaging with unions, and participating in key events, requiring strong project coordination and people management skills.
Job Duties:
Lead the Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategies to organize and execute quality programs and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans
Establish the award criteria and facilitate the reviews for the various award panels. Point of contact for awards programs organized by MOH and Cluster
Manage cluster’s benefits (including Long Service Awards)
Participate and support committees in organizing cluster’s key events such as Tribute Nights, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses’ Day and AHPs’ Day
Represent cluster in cross-cluster/MOH workgroups on benefits and wellness matters as well as policy administration.
Union engagement and Collective Agreement (CA) negotiations
HR system (SuccessFactors) - Partner with HR Technology, Project, Shared Services, and institutions’ Compensation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree preferably in preferably in human resource or business related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works.
Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage
Proven people management experience with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.
Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment and work under tight timelines
