Overview
You will lead and oversee the CPH’s finance, procurement, administration, and facilities functions—ensuring sound financial governance, data-informed planning, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Lead annual and block budgeting exercises and negotiate budget allocations with business units
Oversee budget utilisation, financial reporting (e.g., Income & Expenditure Statements, Statement of Accounts), and compliance matters including GST, income tax, and audits
Manage financial systems (e.g., SAP BI, QuickBooks), banking matters, invoice and claims processing
Lead central procurement, vendor management, and procurement advisory
Supervise administrative operations including lease, license, insurance, and facilities management
Develop financial policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks
Harness data and analytics to inform resource planning, performance reporting, and decision-making
Requirements
Qualifications, Technical Skills & Knowledge
A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8 years of relevant working experience
Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills
Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP BI, QuickBooks, Excel)
Financial governance, audit, and compliance standards (e.g., GST, income tax)
Budget planning and monitoring frameworks in a public or non-profit setting
Experience with setting up financial policies, guidelines and SOPs
Experience with implementation of systems
