A healthcare organization in Singapore seeks a candidate to assist in managing capitation subvention allocation and disbursement. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of experience with a focus on healthcare, and proficiency in data visualisation and analytics. Responsibilities include developing policies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance funding sustainability.
You will assist the cluster lead in matters related to Capitation Subvention, National Costing Exercise (NCE) for public healthcare institutions and MOH Subvention System. As the key Costing System (CoSy) support for the NCE, you will ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Your primary responsibilities include:
You will collaborate closely with MOH on subvention issues to address funding gaps for financial sustainability. This includes working with the Office of Strategic Management on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) KPIs for Healthier SG Screening outcomes, and developing and reviewing the Pay for Performance framework to incentivise stakeholders to achieve their BSC KPI targets. Additionally, you will provide insights on healthcare utilisation patterns and work with the Group Finance Population Health Policy team to engage relevant stakeholders to optimise resources and reduce waste.
