Senior Manager, Asset Management

1. Develop and implement asset strategy and budgets
2. Study, propose and implement asset enhancement initiatives
3. Active asset management to optimize the value of the assets
4. Management of tenants and external managers
5. Analyse and review asset performance.
6. Evaluate the viability of capex projects including redevelopment, cost-benefit analysis
7. Prepare business plans and reports
8. Provide support to the investment team
9. Presentation to management and provide market analysis ROI of the assets in Singapore, Indonesia and China
