About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our ASEAN Client Solutions Team. This dynamic role involves engaging and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to grow revenues and profits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow pipeline of enterprise clients from payment service providers and other non-banking financial institutions
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Sales team with regards to Payments, backed by a solid foundation in regulatory requirements in the region.
  • Secure inroads and build relationships with key decision makers and C-suites
  • Prospect, negotiate and close deals to sell M-DAQ’s suite of FX and Payment Solutions
  • Achieve Gross Revenue targets and be rewarded with commissions on top of a base
  • Collaborate with internal Treasury, Product and Engineering teams to develop client proposals.
  • Gather market insights and client needs to help shape product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams for successful solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Min 7 years of relevant experience in Cross-Border Payments (must) and FX (preferred), with a minimum of 5 years in Sales.
  • Strong networks within the payment space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A hunter mentality with a proactive approach.
