Role reports to: Senior Director of Procurement Logistics

What you will do

The Regional Sr Manager, APAC Logistics Procurement, leads procurement activities across logistics spend categories, driving financial results and aligning business and category strategies. The organization will execute strategic business and industry engagement to establish a reliable, resilient, and effective supply base. Responsibilities include end-to-end spend management, network strategy, category management, supplier management, sourcing, contracting, innovation, and talent management.

This role is accountable for delivering financial targets, including cost and working capital improvements, and a balanced value proposition covering innovation, ESG, and procurement process excellence. The leader must embrace agile methodologies and develop and recruit world-class talent. The Sr Manager is a member of the Global Logistics Procurement Leadership Team and a key partner of the Regional Delivery leadership team.

Additionally, the Sr Manager will define and achieve targets in collaboration with procurement counterparts and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in procurement or related fields, with Logistics Procurement/Operations experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry and technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with customer-oriented innovative solutions and cost modeling.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse needs.
  • Leadership and talent development experience.
  • Experience leading large, global organizations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the FMCG industry preferred.
  • Advanced degree such as MBA preferred.
  • Experience in network transformation and partnership development with delivery operations.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation.
  • Familiarity with e-sourcing and contract management technologies.
