You will identify data-driven opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and traffic increase in collaboration with the businesses. As an experienced analytics professional, you will prioritize customer/user needs, align with business strategy, and achieve profit objectives through advanced analytic methodologies.Your role will involve enhancing customer profitability by overseeing pricing, capacity, and campaign management to drive better profitability and foster closer collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of transformative projects by developing data analytics solutions and providing data expertise for broader programs or data strategy engagements.- Analyze data from various sources across different channels (social, mobile, call center, email, web) to gain a comprehensive view of customers, identify quality leads, and extract actionable insights.Requirements:- Proven ability to organize, coordinate, and execute tasks effectively.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.- Self-motivated individual capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities independently.- Proficiency in Oracle Database structure and SQL, including the ability to work with complex data sets and perform data modeling.- Experience in data architecture and the capability to lead sales opportunities, develop proposals, and ensure successful client engagements.- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with a track record of engaging at senior levels.- Excellent presentation and report writing skills, with a focus on risk and quality management in data projects.Desirable Skills:- Knowledge of data quality and data cleansing techniques.- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for effective data analysis.,
