Senior Manager, AI Solutions (for Banking Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of AI services tailored for the banking sector.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and deploy AI solutions to clients.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI service team aligned with business growth.
• Guide team members on technical and business aspects of AI projects.
• Serve as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise within ABeam.
• Contribute to internal capability building and innovation initiatives.
• Enhance ABeam's visibility and thought leadership in AI markets.
• Represent the company at external events and with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Minimum 5 years leading AI initiatives in banks or consulting firms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ADA).
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle: data sourcing, modeling, deployment, monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI applications in banking functions: retail, SME, compliance, operations.
• Practical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data governance and AI model reusability.
• Proven leadership in building and managing AI teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interfacing with senior executives.
• Experience in consulting environments and familiarity with knowledge platforms (e.g., ALAN) are a plus.
