Company Overview

What you'll do

You will be part of the company's senior leadership team and provide leadership and supervision to the Operations Division. This generally comprises the non-clinical functions, including kitchen, customer service, etc. With your leadership, we will be assured that we are on the way to being best in class in terms of operation and customer service excellence.

Candidates with substantial and proven experience will be considered for the position of Director of Operations in the first instance. Other candidates may be considered for the Deputy / Assistant Director role.

Requirements

  1. Minimally proven 10 years of management/leadership track record with at least 8 years leading an operations team or department.
  2. Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and comfortable with implementing technological solutions.
  3. Able to demonstrate that your leadership/efforts result in positive revenue effects and business impact.
  4. Comfortable working with government/regulatory bodies to ensure the business is in compliance with the latest legislations and requirements.
  5. Experience within the healthcare sector is valuable but not essential.
