Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist is an advanced subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. This role supports the business and protects the company's reputation by managing local, medium to large complexity contracts. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring service delivery and contract profitability for assigned client contracts. These clients typically require complex to highly complex service delivery across multiple sites and/or service offerings.

The role involves proactive client communication, project management, technical oversight, and problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure services are delivered according to defined SLAs, act as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Client Needs: Understand client business objectives to tailor services accordingly.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of managed services, meeting SLAs and quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Regularly assess client satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve service quality.
  • Account Development: Develop account plans to enhance engagement and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Project Management: Manage implementation of new services, upgrades, and projects, coordinating timelines and resources.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure delivery aligns with contractual and compliance requirements, monitor performance, and oversee financial aspects as needed.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to maintain secure, stable client environments.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports.
Knowledge and Attributes
  • Passionate about service delivery with strong coordination skills.
  • Advanced analytical, initiative, and self-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of managed services including infrastructure, cloud, security, support.
  • Proficient in project management, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-centric with proven relationship management abilities.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, familiar with ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Relevant ITIL and project management certifications preferred.
  • Extensive experience in managed services, service delivery, client management, and project oversight.
