Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building inspections and identify maintenance issues early.
• Maintain up-to-date service records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
• Recommend improvement works to boost energy efficiency and system reliability.
• Communicate identified faults to the Executive or Building Manager promptly.
• Carry out minor repair works on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and oversee contractors for major repair or replacement works.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Handle minor architectural and structural works (e.g. touch-ups, waterproofing, tiling).
• Respond quickly to facility emergencies with your team to restore operations.
• Track and log utility meter readings to support cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage and maintain tools, materials, and maintenance inventory.
• Support event setups (winches, lighting, power points) in coordination with promotions team.
• Assist in unit handovers, fit-out inspections, and reinstatement works for tenants.
• Support Fire Safety Manager duties and serve as a CERT team member.
• Contribute to building enhancement and special projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Singaporeans / Permanent Residents preferred
• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or Building Services Engineering (or related fields)
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or retail property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building systems: M&E, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection
• Comfortable leading junior technicians and guiding vendors or contractors
• Able to work independently and respond efficiently during emergencies
• Willingness to work on weekends or shifts (when needed)
