Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee the maintenance team in inspecting, servicing, and repairing fire protection systems, building equipment, and facilities.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for fire alarm, sprinkler, pumps, and other building equipment.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, incidents, and emergencies promptly, providing technical support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inspection documents.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain a high level of competency and safety.
• Manage departmental budgets, procurement of materials, and maintenance costs.

Requirement：

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance management experience in either fire protection systems, facilities & Building
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to the chosen area.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams and contractors effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
