Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance SOPs are followed by all team members.
• Apply TPM tools to drive progress in maintenance pillars.
• Oversee capital investment projects within budget and plans.
• Own and manage maintenance KPIs: availability, reliability, downtime.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel.
