Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participate in the full machine learning development cycle—data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Deploy large perception models on edge devices, applying techniques like pruning and quantization
• Optimize training pipelines using large datasets and distributed compute environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ML workflows for performance and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks (especially PyTorch)
• Strong programming skills in C++, TensorRT, and/or CUDA
• Proficient in Python with experience in scientific computing libraries and Python bindings
• Track record of developing and deploying perception systems for AVs or robotics
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices including code reviews, CI/CD, and testing

Bonus Points:

• Experience with embedded systems and real-time optimization
• Background in autonomous driving industry highly preferred
