Job summary

Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure PTE. LTD. seeks a senior M&E site supervision lead to drive successful project delivery on large-scale building projects in Singapore. You will head the M&E supervision team and align with the Superintending Officer and consultants.

Role requires extensive M&E building services experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage interfaces and multi-disciplinary coordination while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by PE board in Singapore.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant M&E building services experience.
• At least 15 years on large-scale building construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years with current contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Experience in multidisciplinary integration and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E site supervision team to ensure project delivery.
• Provide direction to achieve project objectives per Superintending Officer/consultants.
• Oversee major M&E works ensuring compliance with specs, quality, safety.
• Administer contracts and supervise execution under PSSCOC.
• Manage QSS manpower deployment based on schedules.
• Lead coordination across project stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee interface management processes and resolution of integration issues.
• Ensure welfare and performance of site supervision personnel.
