Job summary

Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to coordinate and supervise M&E works for transit or infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role involves liaising with M&E consultants, design teams, engineers, clients, and authorities to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The candidate should have a degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in M&E interfaces and design-construction

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Liaise and coordinate with M&E Consultants, design consultants, engineers, clients and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate M&E and building services requirements with the project team.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality and compliance with applicable authority requirements.
• Identify and advise on M&E and building works interfaces to minimise coordination issues.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish design deliverables and submission requirements.
• Review design deliverables with consultants and engineers to ensure completeness and compliance prior to submission.
• Attend to technical clarifications and assist in resolving technical issues, including the development of method statements.
