Candidates will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating M&E work on-site, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and subcontractors throughout the project's lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience in building projects with Main Contractors.
• Strong coordination and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute M&E work on site.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning services.
• Monitor progress of M&E works against the construction program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute M&E work on site
• Coordinate and supervise the installation, testing and commissioning service
• Work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to solve all technical issues
• Attend project meetings with client, sub-contractors, and consultants
• Assist in M&E coordination drawings and liaise with architectural coordinators and design team for drawing submission.
• Monitor progress and track against on-going M&E works on site versus construction program

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experienced in building projects in Main Contractors
