Job description

Job Description:

  • Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules.

  • To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site.

  • Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.

  • To check and assess temporary works by the contractors on site to ensure that the C&S, M&E and building works are safe and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Check and ensure that all mechanical and electrical works are executed in accordance with the design, specifications and codes of practice.

  • To make inspections of the works performed and to be performed on site so as to ensure that the works are being executed according to the necessary standards, performance, quality and workmanship.

  • Liaise and coordinate with client and/or the Consultant/ Qualified Person to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with other Site Management Services and contractors.

  • To verify reports and claims submitted by subcontractors / vendors/ suppliers and specialist contractors.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Engineering from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the similar industry.

  • Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.

  • Have experiences in working in large scale projects.

  • Have experience in tender is an added advantage.

  • To be based in project site office.

  • 6 Working Days per week.
