Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Drafter who will develop 2D detail design drawings and coordinate M&E services drawings. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in M&E, including Electrical, ACMV, Fire, and Plumbing. Proficiency in Autocad Revit is required. This is a 5-day work week position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Overview

My clients are established M&E consultant firms in town area.

5 days week

Multiple opens. Senior Drafter

Min 3 years in M&E. Electrical, ACMV, Fire, Plumbing

Responsibilities

• To develop 2D detail design drawings, relevant drawing standards (preferably with BIM experience)
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in Autocad Revit
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Preferably experience in a consultant environment
• Min 3 years in M&E: Electrical, ACMV, Fire, Plumbing

Salary depends on experience. Candidates who can do sizing and min supervision from engineer will command a higher salary.
