Job summary

Randstad in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Engineering Lead to oversee all electrical and mechanical design activities on construction projects. You will ensure designs meet specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines, while coordinating M&E integration with other building services to deliver seamless solutions.

The role requires a MSc/Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines with at least 10 years of consultancy experience in building projects, and

Qualifications

• MSc/Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical design within a consultancy environment for building projects.
• Professional Engineer / Qualified Person certification is a plus.
• Comfortable with a 4.5-day work week (Mon–Fri half day).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, drawings and timelines.
• Design M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works.
• Ensure M&E integration with other building components and compliance with standards (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation and progress reports as required by the schedule.
