is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to lead the M&E coordination team on civil construction projects, including coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure drawings and submissions align with specifications. This role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate), 6–7 years of relevant experience, substations exposure, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate.
6–7 years experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
Experience in substation projects.
Good communication and leadership to work with consultants, coordinators and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead the M&E coordination team, including M&E coordinators and BIM modellers.
Coordinate M&E drawings and works with consultants and subcontractors, and solve technical issues.
Keep track of M&E submissions, drawing approvals and project documents.
Make sure M&E works are carried out according to the specifications and drawings.
Monitor site progress and make sure subcontractor works stay on schedule.
Join technical and site meetings, and keep the project team updated on any issues.
